Lots of you have been asking about and even special ordering rings blanks from us. We have now added 3 sizes of ring blanks to the site. Keep in mind that they will be shipped to you flat. You must form them into the ring shape your self. We sell a great ring forming tool to do this. It takes a little practice with the tool to get them to turn out nicely. Just a quick post to let everyone know that we are *almost* caught up with the back log of orders that came in while we were busy with our daughter. I am expecting to be *completely* caught up by this evening, yay!! I am still not caught up with all the emails though.......I've been working at them during breaks from the machines but it takes awhile to give each one personal attention, so if you are waiting on an email response, please be as patient as possible as I *will* get to you......eventually lol. If you really need an answer faster, you can send me a follow up email to give you a little nudge towards your original email and I'll see what I can do. :)

First I want to thank the many of you who have sent us your best wishes during this time; I truly appreciate your patience, loyalty and concern! Our daughter has finally been discharged from the hospital, and having her back home with us is a blessing! She is on the road to recovery and doing her best to keep her spirits up; she misses her friends at school but will hopefully be allowed to return very soon! (fingers crossed!) :)

Now that we have Megann home again, we can begin the daunting task of answering emails, returning phone calls and processing the orders that came in during the last week....I know it is alot to ask if you are awaiting an answer or an order, but please please please be as patient as ......

Hello to all,

I wanted to do a quick post and let everyone know that we are going to be closed, effective immediately and until August 30th. I am truly sorry to do this to all of our amazing customers, but we really have no choice right now; our 14 year old daughter was admitted to the hospital on Saturday the 20th and to top off the week, we've had some pretty severe storms here in Council Bluffs and as a result, our shop has flooded. We've gotten the water under control, but the mud will need to be cleaned up and removed before we can process orders there. So I do hope that everyone will understand and forgive our absence and the delay in processing orders......my baby girl comes first, but I care about all of you too and .........

Just a quick note to let you know that while we are running on schedule to get orders out, I am sadly and terribly behind in emails....days behind! These are the times when I wish we had hired some help, lol....some weeks are so crazy busy with large orders that in order to keep up with them, I get behind in other things, like emails.....sigh! I am truly, truly sorry if you have emailed me and I have not responded to you yet; I will be doing the best that I can for the rest of the weekend to try to get everyone answered.
