Hi All!

Just a quick note to let you know that while we are running on schedule to get orders out, I am sadly and terribly behind in emails....days behind! These are the times when I wish we had hired some help, lol....some weeks are so crazy busy with large orders that in order to keep up with them, I get behind in other things, like emails.....sigh! I am truly, truly sorry if you have emailed me and I have not responded to you yet; I will be doing the best that I can for the rest of the weekend to try to get everyone answered. And remember, if you have something especially important to discuss, such as a rush order or other time sensitive issue, feel free to call me direct at 712-256-3207. You can call anytime between 9am and 5pm Central time......if I happen to be out (picking our daughter up from school etc) you can leave a message and I will get right back to you. And if it is truly an emergency, you can call me after closing time.....but please be sure it really is necessary! :)
