Custom Aluminum, Brass or Copper Blanks!

We are now manufacturing our own aluminum, copper & brass cuff bracelet blanks!

When we saw the market price of Brass going up and up, we decided to look into making our own cuff bracelet blanks. We purchased the equipment to manufacture our blanks in-house and now make all of the aluminum, copper and most of the brass cuff bracelet blanks we carry; the only exceptions for brass are the fancier shaped cuffs, we don't have the equipment to make those. (yet!!) Our brass & copper cuffs are 5 3/4 inches long (the industry standard for brass cuffs) while our aluminum cuffs are 6 inches long. All are of top quality 20 Gauge material for strength and durability. We also offer custom sizes; For aluminum cuffs, Just order your cuffs, include the size(s) needed under the "special instructions" drop-down menu, and add the appropriate custom cut fee to your shopping cart. Or, you can send us an email to let us know what you need.....I can do all the figuring for you and send you a paypal invoice for your total. Please contact me for custom cut anodized aluminum, brass and copper prices. Custom cut blanks are NOT returnable; for questions please contact me at

Custom cut fee's for standard aluminum cuff blanks have been added to the site. Contact me for prices on custom cut anodized aluminum, brass and copper cuff blanks.

PLEASE NOTE: Styles A, B & C brass bracelet blanks are excluded from sale items and are not available for custom ordering due to the fact that these are not made by us. Maybe someday! :)

We try to keep our selection of bracelet blanks and other brass blanks as low in price as we can however the cost of raw brass has been going up and up and we have had to increase the prices on some of the brass blanks.

Brass is any alloy of copper and zinc; the proportions of zinc and copper can be varied to create a range of brasses, each of which has unique properties We use C260 Cartridge brass and 110 copper half hard. The copper is 99.9% pure copper.

When choosing your cuffs please use the drop down menu on the top right side of the item page. You can choose rounded or square corners, (see note below) as well as if you want your blanks shipped to you flat or preformed to the bracelet shape. These choices do not affect the cost of the blanks, so feel free to choose rounded corners and preformed, and let me do the hard work for you!! PLEASE NOTE: if you choose square corners, you are agreeing that you WANT those corners square, and know that they are sharp! Blanks ordered with square corners can NOT be returned for refund or exchange, so make sure you truly want them SQUARE~!

Don't forget, none of our cuff bracelet blanks are "finished" they are NOT intended to be used "as-is"; they will NOT be pretty and shiny, they WILL have minor scuffs, dings and/or scratches on their surfaces and the edges have not been pre-sanded. Our blanks are meant to be used by you to create your own works of art by covering them or finishing them however you choose. :)
