Free shipping in the USA

If you place a order that is over $100.00  choose the option for free shipping during the checkout process. If you check this option and your order is not over the $100.00 limit your order will be cancelled and your payment refunded. If you order over $150.00 we will give you free shipping plus we will send you a coupon for 10% off your next order. This coupon offer is  also available for orders outside of the USA.

Paying by Credit Card

We now are accepting Credit Cards for orders in the USA. We can not accept credit cards from overseas unless you go through Paypal.  Just click the link in the shopping cart to pay by credit card.  Please let us know if you have any problems paying by credit card. We will continue to accept Paypal also.

 

 

Paying by Paypal

We accept Paypal. Click the Paypal link at the end of the ordering process to pay this way. If you pay with Paypal your order will be shipped to the address listed on your Paypal account. Many folks have moved since they first set up their paypal account, and have forgotten to update their address information. When we print our shipping labels, the program will automatically use the verified address listed on PayPal, so please make sure your Paypal address is correct before you pay this way.

Shipping

Inside the USA

Shipping is calculated at the end of the checkout process. We ship by US Postal Mail. 1-13 ounces is shipped first class, 14 ounces and up is shipped by parcel post unless you request Priority mail. We try to keep the shipping as close to the actual cost as possible, however from time to time the website will over charge. This over charge will be refunded to you.

Outside the USA

Shipping to international countries is calculated at the end of the checkout  process. We ship by US Postal Service First Class Standard.   First Class is not tracable or insurable. If you choose insured your package will be shipped by International Priority Mail. This option is insured and tracable. Priority takes between 4 and 10 days. First Class takes longer depending on your Country Zone. For more information go to www.USPS.com

Back Orders

If an item is out of stock we will ship what is in stock and back order the remaining items. Once in stock we will ship the remaining items. If you want the out of stock items cancelled please email cindy@beadwork-supplies.com and let me know. If an item is discontinued and we are unable to restock it we will refund your money on that item.

 

Brass

If you order brass items please note that its' appearance may vary from shipment to shipment; It may be bright and shiny or dull and dark. We have no control over this. This is the way that we get it from the manufacturer. If you want your brass to be shiny and bright use a brass polish or a dish scrubber on it.

Brass prices are similar to gold and silver prices. They may go up or they may go down. Our prices will change as the brass market changes.

Leather & Stiff Stuff

Leather is dyed at the manufacturer and may not always be the exact same color every time. If you order a square foot of leather be aware that the size may not be 12x12; it might be 6x18 or any other dimension, however it will always be one square foot or larger. Same applies to the 3x7 pieces. If you order 2 or more pieces of the same color we may ship 1 larger piece, allowing you to cut it any way you like. If you need the leather to be a certain size, please feel free to e-mail us; we will do our best to accomodate any request! If you would like leather by the full hide (average 10-12 square foot) please email me for a quote.

The Stiff Stuff is dyed by us and the colors may be slightly different from dye batch to dye batch, although we do our best to provide as consistant a product as possible.

Paying by Check

If you would like to pay by check or money order please follow the checkout procedures until the point where you see at the top of the page that  states "If paying by check please print this page and send along with your payment."  Print the page, and then Email me at cindy@beadwork-supplies.com so that I may pull the items you requested. We carry many one of a kind items and if you don't email me the item may be sold before your check arrives. Then mail your payment along with the page you printed to:

We only accept checks drawn on US banks.

We hold your order for 2 bussiness days when paying by check to allow your check to clear.

Ordering by Phone

We are happy to take phone orders. Please have the item name and code number of all items you are ordering ready when you call. You will also need your email address ready for us. When you order by phone, we will not immediatly have a total for you. After we have figured up the total we will send you a paypal invoice requesting that you pay for your order. Or if you are comfortable giving us your credit card information, you may pay by Credit Card. Please be assured that we do not keep your credit card information; as soon as the transaction is complete, all relevant credit card information is promptly shredded. If you pay with a credit card, we will send you an e-mail confirming your order and giving you the total amount that your card was charged. Once you have paid, your order will be shipped.

Ordering by Email

 

 Just follow the directions in the shopping cart to order by Email. We do not recommend ordering by email due to the fact that you must send your credit card information in the email. (which is always a risky thing to do!)

Wholesale Requests

We do our very best to keep our prices as low as possible. Because of our extremely low mark-up, we cannot offer wholesale pricing on our products. If you are needing an extremely large number (one or more gross) of an item, feel free to e-mail and let us know what you are interested in and we will see what we can do. No promises! (But it never hurts to ask!)

What is "Vintage"

What do we mean when we sell a item as "vintage"?

We sell several items as "vintage" they may be one of a kind item or they may be mass produced.

Simply put it only means that we have bought the item as other than new. We don't know who made it or when it was made. This mostly applies to Cameo's and cabochons. It might be 10..20..30 years old or it might have been made last month. We may have bought the item at auction, from a wholesaler or off the street corner out of the trunk of a car. (Just kidding; we don't really buy things from car trunks, promise!) If we have any idea about who made it or where it was made we will let you know.
