Changes to orders:

if you decide after you have placed your order to add, change or remove something from your order we will charge you an extra fee due to the time it takes to change the order and the PayPal fees or credit card fees we may be charged. The fee will depend on the price of the items added but will be no less then 1.00 dollar and no more then 5.00 dollars. 



You may return any item (EXCLUDING the items noted below) for refund within 14 days of the shipment date. Returned item(s) must be unused, unopened, in their original condition. If in doubt, CALL ME. (712-256-3207) CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS AND BLANKS ORDERED PREFORMED WITH SQUARE CORNERS CANNOT BE RETURNED. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip and are subject to a restocking fee of not less than $1.00 and not more than $5.00. When you return an item, please add a note to indicate the reason for the return. Package the return carefully and consider insuring your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns, and items damaged in transit due to poor packaging will not be refunded. Paying by Credit Card

We now are accepting Credit Cards for orders in the USA. We can not accept credit cards from overseas unless you go through Paypal.  Just click the link in the shopping cart to pay by credit card.  Please let us know if you have any problems paying by credit card. We will continue to accept Paypal also. Please note that the charge on your statement will be to our regular business name, which is Blue Line Metals LLC, unless you use AMEX; our secondary business name of Dreamweavers will show on those statements. (as opposed to our website address name of beadwork-supplies.com)  



Paying by Paypal

We accept Paypal. Click the Paypal link at the end of the ordering process to pay this way. If you pay with Paypal your order will be shipped to the address listed on your Paypal account. Please make sure your Paypal address is current and correct before you pay this way.


We ship Monday-Friday. If you order on Friday (or over the weekend) your order will not go out until Monday or later. Please keep in mind that we are a SMALL, family run business and can only make so many cuff blanks a day......there are times when we are simply swamped with orders. Orders usally only take a day or two to make and ship, but it is possible that it may take a week or even longer. If you need your order by a certain date, PLEASE let me know that....call me, send me an email, or just let me know right on your order in the special instructions box. I will do the best I can to get your order to you in time for your event. If you are in a last minute crisis and need product, call or email first and I will see what I can do. 

Inside the USA:

We ship by USPS and have tracking numbers on all packages. You will receive an email notice when your items ship. All shipping is flat rate and depends on your order total.

All orders are insured by us and will be replaced if lost. If the tracking number shows it is delivered it will not be replaced.

Orders may be shipped by first class, parcel post or priority; the choice is ours and depends on the weight of the package.

If you want Express mail please contact us for a total.




International shipping:

Shipping to international countries is calculated at the end of the checkout  process. We ship by US Postal Service, Priority insured or First Class.     We HIGHLY reccomend Priority! Priority usually takes between 4 and 10 days and is insured and traceable. First Class IS NOT insured. If you choose First class shipping we can not be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged. For more information go to www.USPS.com   Our site sometimes miscalculates the cost of international shipping, especially for Satin finish and Polished finish cuff blanks which are wrapped individually to protect the finish. We may need to bill you for additional shipping fee's if the amount you paid does not cover the actual shipping costs. If you over pay during check out we will refund the difference.

Please note: We are not responsible for either customs fees, VAT, nor the amount of time your package may be in customs. We will not mis-represent the value of your package nor mark it as a "gift". To do so would be illegal so I'm afraid there can be no exceptions to this rule....please do not ask!

If an item is out of stock We will refund the difference. We do not back order.

Currency Converter

Brass & Copper

We make all of our regular brass & copper cuffs ourselves using 20 gauge, .032" material. These are excellent quality, nice and sturdy with just the right amount of "spring" to it. It also has a nice shine to it, although that doesn't matter much after you cover it with your artwork, lol! If you order any of our fancy cuffs or collars however, please note that its' appearance may vary from shipment to shipment; It may be bright and shiny or duller and darker. We have no control over this; we get these from a manufacturer and that is the way that they come. If you want your brass to be shinier, you can use a brass polish on it. Please keep in mind however, that none of our cuffs are meant to be worn as is, they are sold as blanks to be covered with other items or finished by you, the Artist.

Brass & copper prices are similar to gold and silver prices. They may go up or they may go down. Brass is technically an alloy of copper, so our prices will change as the copper market changes.




We cut all our aluminum on site using 20 gauge, 16 gauge or 14 gauge aluminum. They are wonderfully light in comparison to brass cuffs, are strong, sturdy and have good "spring" to them. I prefer using the aluminum cuffs for my own work, mainly due to the weight factor as I tend to use a lot of heavy cabochons on my pieces....love them rocks, LOL! If you are used to using brass cuffs and feel uncertain about the aluminum cuffs, you can always order just one or two to try out.....you just might be surprised by the quality and how well they will work for your project!

Custom sizes are available for a small custom cut fee; please note that custom orders can usually go out in a day or two but may take up to 1 week to ship. If you need 'em quick, please email me at cindy@braceletblanks.com to inquire about lead time. I will do my best to accomodate you, but I might just be swamped already accomodating someone else, lol! Don't forget; custom cut blanks are NOT returnable!

Our standard aluminum is not anodized, our black aluminum and our gold aluminum IS anodized.

Leather & Stiff Stuff

Leather is dyed at the manufacturer and may not always be the exact same color every time. If you order a square foot of leather be aware that the size may not be 12x12; it might be 6x18 or any other dimension, however it will always be one square foot or larger. Same applies to the 3x7 pieces. If you order 2 or more pieces of the same color we may ship 1 larger piece, allowing you to cut it any way you like. If you need the leather to be a certain size, please feel free to e-mail us; we will do our best to accomodate any request! If you would like leather by the full hide (average 10-12 square foot) please email me for a quote.

Paying by Check

If you would like to pay by check or money order please follow the checkout procedures until the point where you see at the top of the page that  states "If paying by check please print this page and send along with your payment."  Print the page, and then Email me at cindy@braceletblanks.com so that I may pull the items you requested. We carry many one of a kind items and if you don't email me the item may be sold before your check arrives. Then mail your payment along with the page you printed to:

Ordering by Email


 We are always happy to have you order via email, just do NOT send your credit card info via email. All I need from you is a list of what you would like, and how you would like to pay. When ordering via email there are two ways to pay:

1. provide me with the email address associated with your paypal account and I will send you an itemized paypal invoice for the total.

2. Provide a phone number and I will call you to get your credit card information.




Wholesale Requests

We do our very best to keep our prices as low as possible. Because of our extremely low mark-up, we cannot offer wholesale pricing on most of our products. We do offer wholesale on our aluminum cuff blanks for orders of 4 gross (576 pieces) or more.  In some cases we can offer a small discount on brass or copper orders of 144 or more pieces. What is "Vintage"

What do we mean when we sell a item as "vintage"?

We sell several items as "vintage" they may be one of a kind item or they may be mass produced.

Simply put it only means that we have bought the item as other than new. We don't know who made it or when it was made. This mostly applies to Cameo's and cabochons. It might be 10..20..30 years old or it might have been made last month. We may have bought the item at auction, from a wholesaler or off the street corner out of the trunk of a car. (Just kidding; we don't really buy things from car trunks, promise!) If we have any idea about who made it or where it was made we will let you know.

Don't forget, None of our unfinished bracelet blanks should be considered a "finished" product. They are NOT intended to be used "as-is"; they will NOT be pretty and shiny, they WILL have minor scuffs and/or scratches on their surfaces and the edges have not been de-burred. Our unfinished blanks are intended to be covered or finished by you, the Artist. :) If you need a de-burred cuff bracelet blank, please choose our Satin finish or our Polished finish.
